We bought this washing machine in May/19 along with stacking kit & matching dryer to outfit our laundry room in our new house. The machine quit working August 2/19. After waiting for a service person to come Whirlpool replaced the machine. Aug10/19. The replacement machine broke down Aug26/19. Theory flaky diagnosed that it’s failure was due to the GFI breaker switch in our new house & recommended we have the breaker changed to a regular breaker before anything. So we paid a professional electrician to replace the breaker. The machine would still not work waiting for service person to come & another lengthy dialogue on phone with Whirlpool Tech insisted on replacing a very large “ Mother Board” & ordered it! The new board was installed Sept 5/19. The machine quit working Nov 11/19. Now we sit again with the dryer in the hallway waiting for apparently for an “updated “ motherboard ...going to a laundromat twice a week to keep ahead of laundry. We are Seniors! We started reading product reviews & find that this model is discontinued & the majority of the reviews are negative with total breakdowns. This is a very stressful chain of events. We called Whirlpool yesterday Nov21/19 & were told the part has to come from Illinois USA ... we live in rural southern Ontario. They will call when it comes in. We are half way through our 1 yr warranty.

Perfect for our needs and love the spin only cycle

This is the perfect size for us. There is only two of us and we are retired so we don’t need a huge washer using a lot of space and time. This fits neatly into the space we have and is very quiet. Also having the spin cycle only is a must and I use that a lot. The only thing I wish the finish signal was louder and I am not sure the water is heating on a hot wash!

Very easy to operate the different cycles. Make sure to read the manual there are some good tips.
