I bought this dryer takes several hours to dry one load. Third time on repairs by Lowes with errors E8, F3, F1, F8 and several more I cannot remember. Save your money and do not buy this.

The worst dryer I've ever owned.

Never worked well and has broken completely a litter over a year into owning it. And out of warranty as of a year.

So glad I bought this dryer

Bought this dryer about six months ago, but did not install due to other reviews which lead me to believe that it did not get very hot and took an exceptionally long time to dry. This was so untrue. As a self confessed energy conserving geek, this dryer is awesome. It heats to what seems just as hot as the prior conventional dryer and the idea that I’m using 50-60% less energy is truly unbelievable. Drying time seems to me to be exactly the same as my conventional dryer. Filters are easy to clean. There are plenty of cycles for me. The only negative I can see so far is the lack of a light in the dryer cavity. Otherwise, I am more than satisfied and very happy that I switched to this heat pump dryer. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I got this about a year and a half ago. Within 6 months of use it gave us an error and wouldn't run anymore. Whirlpool sent out a tech and the all of the electronics were fried. Turned out there was an issue with the dryer from the start, and the heat pump never actually ran. Power circuitry must have shorted and blew everything. Took a week or so, but got the parts and fixed the dryer. A year later and got an error that the water pump wasn't working. Now I'm out of warranty, so I figured I would do it myself. Getting to the water pump was ridiculous! They did not design this to be repaired easily or quickly. It should be easy to get to stuff like this! Turns out build up of lint on the heat pump fins and collected in the pump tank would block it up so it couldn't push the water out. This thing needs easier access or a bigger pump that won't get blocked up as easily. Also, why did they use electric heating coils instead of the hot side of the heat pump to heat the air? Exhausts a lot of hot air that could have been recycled for more efficiency. All said, still grateful it exists so I could put it in my laundry room without a vent.

Great dryer. Love it!

I did a lot of research on ventless dryers before I purchased one. I love this machine. The size of the drum is so much bigger than I imagined and it dries perfectly. I read a lot of negative reviews about the ventless dryers, but so far, with the machine, none of them are true.
