I installed this oven. Great addition to my kitchen. SUperior product. However, I must add that your website is so useless and totally primitive. I had to hunt different shops before I choose which product is suitable. How is it possible in this world with so much web creativity, your website cant filter multipple features within a product range? The filter are so lame. You cant really get a good choice relying on your website options. you are not listing the full list of features of the product. Many missing fetures do not appear

Our variation of this oven does not have steam, but this is the closest number that the Whirlpool site can find to the number on our registration form. We replaced all kitchen appliances at the same time (25+ years on oven, cooktop and microwave/vent), we tried to pick highest rated in each class. From the beginning, this oven was slow to heat and loud to operate. So after an evening of cooking pizzas, it completely died after it was shut off and cooling down. Again, given old KitchenAid oven was replaced for aesthetics, not operation, the barely 4 years that this one lasted is unacceptable--especially given it was $1600+ after discounts!!!! If this is not economical to fix, sure will NOT get another.

We bought this oven a month ago and I love it! First of all, it is so attractive with the combination of silver and white. Goes great with my white cabinets. It works very well and look forward to baking and cooking with this easy to use oven!

We bought this oven 4 years ago. Twice it has blown its thermal fuse requiring about $100 in service each time. The first incident was when it was 2 years old (after the warranty had expired), the second was about 2 years later. The technician told me that the insulation is inadequate and it breaks down over time. The fan cannot cool the oven fast enough when it is self-cleaning, it overheats and blows that fuse. He suggested buying a can of Easy-Off and foregoing the cleaning cycle entirely. So much self-cleaning. A pretty expensive product for this level of reliability.
