Ordered October 9th (back-ordered) installed November 7th. It is now November 29th and still does not work correctly. Parts have been on back order and ship date on those parts are December 12th. Repair date???

I bought this to replace the Whirlpool double oven I had had for over 20 years when I was updating my kitchen. It looks good, is easy to use, has more up to date features than my old model and is easily maintained.

Functions but no fit and finish

New install. Replaced similar unit from Whirlpool that failed prematurely. New unit made cheap. No trim to hide mounting screws. Unit far away and in the ads loojs sleek and modern. Up close you see the fit and finish us not there. Doors don't close, unit built cheap. Not worth $2000. It did fit perfectly, easy replacement. New one did turn on so give it credit for working..nn

I love having two ovens when I making big dinners. It fit exactly into my wall space and I have found that the temperature is very accurate. Also the price was reasonable compared to other brands
