This Microwave Baking Tray is an enamel-coated tray that can be used for a variety of cooking techniques in your convection microwave. If your current rack is missing or damaged, replacing it will alleviate these issues. You can use teh tray to make bread and pastry products, but it also works well for roasting meats and creating french classics like fish en papillote. This tray is meant to be used with convection cooking and broiling cycles only. To avoid damage to the microwave oven, do not use the baking tray in combination with microwave cooking. Please note that the baking tray will become hot. Always use oven mitts or pot holders when handling. Using this accessory will require no disassembly or repair experience.
