My new hood is excellent! It is quiet at multiple speeds The lights work both as lights and as a low level heat lamp. It is very effective over my 48" professional range. The hood is also easy to clean.

New 48" hood comes with the new home and just over 2 years of age. It works really well till last week. Suddenly all lights and fans are stop working. Checked main, circuit breakers and all OK. Now I need to call the service to check what's wrong with this unit?
