My daughters bought this appliance for me for Christmas to replace my other cook-top that has been in my house since it was built in 1994. The old appliance was starting to show it's age.

Purchased a month ago but only started using a few weeks ago. 5 days past 30 day cosmetic warranty and nothing they will do about it. Oh and if they send someone to look at your appliance and the issue is caused by something not under warrant, you pay. Terrible, terrible service for what is supposed to be a high end product. And did I mention the 30+ minute hold times???

Had this installed in newly built home. Didn't work. Technician had to replace multiple parts (under warranty). Works well and looks good
