Had a home remodel in Florida. Bought all kitchen aid products in 2018. Finally moved in May 2019. Dishwasher did not work and had a service call $85.00. Service man said something wrong also with wine cellar, but because over year old not covered Spent over $12,000 dollars for the works and they can't service without a fee.

I've had this for 13 months and it suddenly stopped working. It was great while it worked! Basically it makes noise as if it is on, and all of the lights are lit up, but I can't change anything. The touch screen doesn't work.

We recently moved and we had an older model of the Kitchen Aid Wine cellar in our old house. New home got the upgrade - only had about a week but really like the new features - better control of red and white temp control as well as like the night light or motion light feature. 6 months should really tell if it is as good as the older model which we loved.
