Bought this washer in June and I must say I love it!! It is so quiet that I sometimes have to check if it is actually on. Great storage for all dishes including rack for wine glasses. Dishes come out sparkling. Very Happy with my new Dishwasher

I have had this dishwasher for several years. It is very quiet and cleans well. The only downfall is the plastic parts that hold the racks in place have fallen off and ended up on the heat element that dries then melted. I ordered replacements but feel they should have lasted longer. I also lost a wheel somehow off the bottom rack.

Dishwasher Not working-stops halfway midcycle

We bought this dishwasher 4 years ago. Since last year it has started having issues with cycles. It seems to get confused and does not complete the cycle after every 3 4 days. Then we have to power off and try it again and it works well couple days then again goes in the confused mode. When we open it we see detergent tab half dissolved in morning. Now I have to reset it every 3-4 days. If it works well on reset it seems to be some kind of software issue. Mechanical issue would not correct on reset. Considering older dishwashers that last 10 years, this one is against our expectation.

Worst Dishwasher ever

This dishwasher worked fine for about a year. Four years later and I have lost my patience with it. It has multiple issues. The rack rollers are cheaply made and will break. I have had to buy replacements multiple times. The soap dispenser has never worked right. We just dont use it. Water occasionally somehow leaks out of the door maybe one out of every five uses. The basket for silverware will just randomly break apart while unloading dropping silverware everywhere. it really is a frustrating appliance. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance again after this waste of money.

We have had it for 3 years. It never cleaned the dishes well and my silverware was always still dirt. I even moved the compartments from the door to the tray. To top it all off, it now will not advance to the wash cycle and it will be over $600 to fix. Not worth it!!! The only positive is that it was very quiet.
