Awful Experience

I bought this 5 years ago. According to appliance repair people, it has gone through two motor assemblies in that time. I paid over $500 for this, and I am just livid that, yet again, I am without a dishwasher because of this stupid thing.

Broke in 2 years, won’t dry

We bought the whirlpool W D Ave. 760 in August 2016. In November 2018 it broke in the motherboard went out costing us $300. We paid 650 for it before plus tax. Also the unit does not dry even on the highest setting. I would not recommend this to anyone

Horrible machine

Worsted dishwasher we have ever had, doesn't clean proper, now the top shelf won't slide out all the way, gets stuck so can only use have the rack. Hate it hate, Took 2 days to get a hold of their service people. Have to wait for 2 weeks for someone to come out, which hasn't happened yet so not sure what they will do. would not even give it a 1 star, but have to or won't send this reply!!!

Dishwasher is great, bigger than we expected on the inside and does a great on cleaning the dishes. The only thing keeping it from excellent rating is the lack of a rinse cycle other than that it's a great dishwasher!

I loved everything this DW had to offer. From Target clean, Heat Dry, Stainless tub, and sensor wash. Two years after install and regular single family use it slowly stopped working. First Heat dry, then sensor wash, normal wash.. All stopped working. 1-hour wash is spotty at best. The service tech said it was the Master Board and after a call to WP the part was $350-$400 with 3 week shipping time. Disappointed to say the least..
