Poorly designed and low quality rack hardware

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed with the quality of the rack support and roller hardware. I have had to replace the door gasket and all the rollers and rack supports in less than 3 years, all outside of the 1yr warranty, of course. Upon more failures of the plastic roller hardware (2nd set lasted less than 1 year) I contacted Whirlpool customer service who declined to be of assistance in sending me a few parts that cost them less than $5, but would cost me $100 to purchase. I cannot in good faith recommend Whirlpool products anymore to anyone.

This DW replaced a vintage model and we have been sooooooooo happy with the new Whirlpool. Not only does it do an excellent job of cleaning, it is so quiet that one has to check to make sure it is running. We are very pleased.

i bought this a couple weeks ago ,install was very easy and looks and operates great, easy controls and very quiet
