Bought this a couple of months ago for a kitchen renovation and just got it installed 2 weeks ago. The renovation is in a state when we can now begin to use it and find that it does what is says it does. Still learning the nuances of the convection oven cooking though. the only hiccup i see in the oven which id Wi-Fi connected is that it doesn't change time with Daylight Savings Time changes automatically. you still have to manually change the time.

love the microwave

Only the extra menu buttons are illuminated. None of the numbers, start/stop, vent or fan buttons light up. You have to turn on another light in a dark kitchen if you want to turn the microwave light on or off. My smart whirlpool oven connected to my home WiFi by the push of the WPS button in seconds. This microwave has to use the app, which requires an account creation, which didn’t work after multiple tries. Very frustrating, I gave up. The door is extra wide without a handle, it opens farther than a standard microwave; it takes some getting used to, recommend to see it in person. The convection works fine, but probably is a novelty function for most households and not worth the extra money. The instructions are unclear about which racks are safe for which functions.

We have been pleased overall. Scan to cook is great when you can find a scannable item. Connected to my home WiFi easily. There is a concern with the remote feature, as it keeps disconnecting and sends alerts. Wish it had LED lighting. Accupop rules!
