Have now had this Microwave for three weeks and it has been an excellent choice. Very easy to use and looks good.

Got this unit New with our new house two years ago. The magnetron broke last week and it’s “outside of warranty”, requiring a $160 service call and 4 hours off of work just to look at the unit. That’s almost half the cost of a new one — more if you consider the lost productivity time. I’m very disappointed Whirlpool. And your telephone customer service rep showed zero concern or care that this thing had broken only two years into its life. These things should last a LOT longer than that.
