Door switch is a known issue

I have had to take apart this microwave twice already and now, for the third time, the microwave thinks the door is open even when it's closed. As other reviews have stated, it's a known issue and I'm just going to chunk this microwave and buy a different brand. If someone is reading this and desperately needs the microwave to work tonight, unplug the power to the microwave, open the door and use a screw driver to pop in the two white tabs where the door pushes in. Unscrew the 10+ screws on the bottom plate of the microwave, and then stick your hand up and push the white tabs back into place (MAKE SURE you unplugged it, as you'll get a little shock otherwise...). Put the bottom plate back on and it'll work for a few months while you pick out a reliable microwave.

Stopped heating at 1.5 years old

Stopped heating at 1.5 years old. Of course, the warranty stops at 1 year. Really disappointed! This is not what you would expect from a $340 microwave. The fan and lights still work, but if you try to heat something, there is a loud buzzing noise and it does not heat the food.

Love my new appliances. So many features it’s fun investigating in how to use them as I cook

I purchased this microwave and almost one year to the date (5/10/18 and it's not 5/20/19) and the panel indicator is not working -- the inside lights and the microwave works -- but the clock and all the indicators on the panel are not working -- I do not have the option to cook food accordingly -- I am so vexed -- one year later and kaput -- now I can't find the receipt and what do i do? I know it should still be under warranty - give a day or tow or three ??
